Workshops and Programmes

Into the Fold

Making Space for what matters.

A 3-week programme for up to 10 participants.

An 8-week deeper dive into creativity, space and possibility.

This programme is for organisations and groups who want to explore what becomes possible when people are given the time, space and encouragement to think differently.

Bespoke Programme

A year to belong more fully to yourself.

A deeper 12-month programme exploring what brings people joy and a greater sense of belonging — in their work, relationships, home and everyday lives.

Your next chapter,

told by others

“The process helped free up space in my mind as well as in my home. I feel even more comfortable and settled, and everyday tasks from cleaning to getting dressed have become simpler.”

Vanessa T.

“Looking through my old photographs was surprisingly emotional. We identified parts of my life that had become lost after becoming a mother, including travel, live music and hill walking — ideas I can now explore again.”

Lindsay M.

“Using the question ‘Does this spark joy?’ helped me fine-tune what really brings me joy in life.

Steph understands the importance of one's surroundings, and the skills to help make a place suit a person's deep needs.

Marcus A.

Stephanie guided me through the process with humour, sensitivity and enthusiasm. I felt that she understood me very well and what I was hoping to get out of it.

Let's talk

You don't have to know exactly what you need before we talk.

Perhaps you have a space that no longer feels right.
Perhaps you're at a point of change and don't know what comes next.
Or perhaps you're an organisation wondering whether this way of working could support your people.

Tell me a little about what's happening, and we'll start there.
